Hope you are well and avoiding muddy building sites! We all got together last night to discuss our findings in Bodrum.
I would like to thank you all very much for helping us, we really liked the whole feel of the Cumberland and the way you showed us not only the properties but also towns and beaches nearby. It allowed us to get a feel for the whole area. I would definitely recommend you to any friends in the future who may be searching for property.
We will be in touch before our next trip over, and taking orders for bird's custard and the like! and hopefully we can meet up for breakfast in Bitez or something.

I came back into the office today after practically two weeks absence, to find the place buried in papers and almost a thousand E-mails. So it has taken me a little time to clear a space here to work.
However, I did not want to go home today without thanking you both and your colleagues in the office for making my trip to Bodrum so memorable.
From the moment that Omer picked us up, until the moment he dropped us off again at the airport, we felt that we were part of one big family. The organization from your end was unbelievable. I knew that we had picked out a large number of houses to see and inspect. Quite frankly, I did not expect in the time that we had, that we would be able to visit them all. Especially taking into regard that most were very far apart. The fact that you organized everything so well and that we managed to see everything, is a huge compliment to your organization. In this connection, I would also like to note that your website is extremely good, all of the properties were practically exactly as shown - obviously one cannot see from the website what lies on each side, but the descriptions were exact and there was no "fluff". Nothing was exaggerated - and this is something that everybody I am sure appreciates, when they come to visit you.
I know that you were tired after such a heavy schedule (especially after having been kept awake by that huge storm in the night to Saturday), but the fact that you, your wife and Zeynep then took us to the Yacht Club in the evening and made our evening an absolute delight, is something that will always stay in our minds.
Anyway, this note is not meant as a recommendation (that will come later), it is just so that you all, and Eric, know that Larisa, Roman and I, very much appreciated the fantastic time that we had in Bodrum.
And then we found our dream house - so how much better could things be?
Both Larisa and I, as well as Roman, look forward to seeing you again in Bodrum. In the meantime, again, thanks for everything. We hope that when we live there, that we will see you all often.

I just thought I would drop this line to say a big thank you for all the time and assistance you gave me last week in identifying the furniture for our new home in Bodrum.
You understood exactly what I wanted and took me to the right places as well as introducing me to some very nice people whom I feel confident in doing business with. I am very pleased with the choices we made and I know the house will be furnished as envisaged.
I also very much appreciate that having identified and ordered the furniture and fixings it falls on you and your team to put everything in place but again I am very confident it will be done as if the property is your home.
Thank you for also explaining the levels of after sales service you will be providing, it is a great weight of our mind to know that the property will be well looked after. As agreed once the all the furniture is in place and the place is ready for lettings to commence we will be looking to take your complete service.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your help in arranging our recent trip. Everyone was so helpful and we are very grateful to the time Hakan spent with us. We are waiting to hear from him about an offer we have made on the house in Torba - and some costings about the work needed. We are very taken with the house and its location but a little concerned that we would need some definite idea of the price of renovation - our purses are far from bottomless. We have given Hakan a ceiling price that we could spend on the house and work and are waiting to see if the offer is acceptable and if the necessary work can be done for the money.
Your brother and sister were very kind and helpful to us during our brief stay in Istanbul and the accommodation you had booked for us was ideal.
Many thanks again for your help - we will be in touch again about progressing the purchase once we know more about the final likely price.
